What is your teaching philosophy?

Nothing excites me more than seeing the expression on a student's face when they realize that they broke the barrier of understanding a concept. It is the 'A-HA' moment. I treat each student differently based on how they learn. Especially in math, I try to make it fun and relevant, while still ensuring that the concepts are reinforced.
