What is your teaching philosophy?
To use creative and self-mastering concepts to better understand and enjoy what it is they're learning.
What might you do in a typical first session with a student?
I would get to know my student well and get to know about his education experience, with his strengths and weaknesses, to better understand how I can instruct him/her in the best possible way.
How can you help a student become an independent learner?
Helping the student use the different learning strategies, especially the ones that are most effective for him. After that, using repetition (mother of learning) and consistency in his learning method until he's able to teach himself.
