Hi! I'm a graduate of Brown University, Bachelor's Degree in Political Science; Sarah Lawrence College, Master's Degree in Women's History, and I am eager to share my enthusiasm for learning with you. I studied political science at Brown University, but I enjoy reading about subjects as diverse as astronomy, sustainability, and literature too. I had some study tactics that worked for me, especially for high school subjects and standardized tests. I can share these with you but also try to help you with tactics that you've already developed.

What is your teaching philosophy?
I love to learn, and I want to cultivate that love of knowledge in students. If you are studying for a particular test, you may need to learn very specific skills or problem types. I can help you with that, but above all, I want to help you to think critically, dig deep into the details, and connect ideas in the grand scheme of things.
What might you do in a typical first session with a student?
In a first session, I want to find out why you decided to reach out, what your goals and expectations are, and how you have approached the learning process so far.
