Certified Tutor

I believe that a person's vocation is to share what they are passionate about with others, and I am passionate about learning. I teach that I may share this love with those around me. I have worked as a private tutor for the last seven years, and through that have gained extensive experience with many different personality types and struggles. Recognizing that believing in oneself is often as much of a struggle as the actual concepts, I strive to improve students' understanding while also helping them build confidence. My goal with any student is to get him/her to the point where he/she no longer needs my help.

As I am a Summa Cum Laude graduate and member of the Phi Beta Kappa honors society, you may be assured of my competency in the subject matter. My science degree from a liberal arts university has made me intellectually well-rounded and able to teach a broad number of subjects.
