What is your teaching philosophy?

Children learn best when they are excited about the learning process. To that end, it is important to utilize their interests and strengths to help develop their skills in areas that are a challenge. It is equally important to help children understand that hard work and perseverance are key elements in success. I encourage children to become inquisitive, lifelong learners.
