I am Taiwanese and now live in Baraboo, Wisconsin, the United States. I like to travel. I have visited about over 30 states. Yellow Stone National Park is my favorite place. I like to play tennis as well. My tennis level is 3.5. In addition, I think I am an open-minded, friendly, and patient person. I like to make friends. Because of my personality, people like to make friends with me. As my profession, I like teaching Chinese. I think learning a language is fun, interesting, and exciting. Understand what my student needs.

Encourage the student to find fun, interest, and excitement in that subject.
How would you help a student stay motivated?
I will try to let the student know he or she is very good at the subject. He or she should be very proud of himself or herself.
If a student has difficulty learning a skill or concept, what would you do?
I will work with the student together to overcome the difficulty.
What strategies have you found to be most successful when you start to work with a student?
Play a game.
How do you help students who are struggling with reading comprehension?
I will let them know reading is like talking to a friend, which is easy, fun, and exciting.
