What is your teaching philosophy?
I believe that learning should be an enjoyable experience. I share my passion for knowledge and critical thinking, with enthusiasm and empathy, and I effectively impact learners and connect them to their passion and lifelong learning. I direct students to overcome any difficulties that their particular subject by first helping them to take responsibility for their learning in order to engage; and I also emphasize the use of didactic (real-life) examples, and get them involved by asking questions in class.
In my teaching, I apply the following general principles:
First: Coverage of material is crucial, but it is also important to teach skills rather than only facts.
Second: Students learn skills and facts best through an interactive teaching style that promotes student participation and challenges their abilities.
