Certified Tutor

I graduated from the University of California, Berkeley (Cal) with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Throughout my college education I have been involved in tutoring, either volunteering or as a hired tutor. Ive tutor all different age groups, from elementary students to college students adjusting my tutoring methods accordingly. I enjoy explaining math and science topics in different ways to help the student have a better understanding of the concept at hand. Even though I enjoy tutoring many subjects, my true passion is math because I believe in building a solid math foundation that will in turn help facilitate the understanding of different science topics. I hope to one day use all of my tutoring experiences and become a teacher. I enjoy hiking, spending time with my kids, playing sports, reading, and learning new things.
