I have an AA in Cross-Cultural/Asian Studies from Grossmont College and a BS in Physics from SDSU. Currently, I am finishing my MS in Physics at SDSU. For more than 12 years, I have been tutoring the subjects of Math from Basic Math to Differential Equations, English, Chemistry and Physics, beginning at Patrick Henry HS and later at Grossmont and Cuyamaca Community Colleges. I worked at Mesa College in the Math and Science Tutoring Center, where I also tutored Mechanical Engineering and beginning Japanese. I have enjoyed each subject I've studied; my favorite is Physics in that its study is so far reaching from sub-atomic quarks to black hole singularities. Overcoming my own difficulties with mathematics and English has encouraged me to help other people overcome their difficulties. I am very patient and try to make the assignments as interesting as possible to draw in students that are having difficulties with a subject, as well as offer advanced tips and techniques to students doing very well. Some of my favorite hobbies include: playing music, martial arts, figure skating, and playing video games.
