A lover of foreign languages ever since childhood! My method for delivering foreign language instruction is based on utilizing one's own native language to effectively retain and memorize vocabulary and grammar of the targeted language. I graduated from California University of Pennsylvania with a Master of Arts degree in Arabic Linguistics and Middle Eastern Studies! I'm currently an adjunct Arabic professor at Bucks County Community College. I speak French as well as Arabic, and therefore I am always able to assist with any French-related assignments. Whether it is linguistics or Middle Eastern culture assignments, I am always willing to patiently and optimistically assist you in succeeding!
I enjoy cooking, traveling, video games (a lot of RPGs, adventure, fantasy, etc.), and movies (mainly comedies!) In terms of music, I really enjoy a lot of foreign bands/singers: Riana Nel (South African: Afrikaans/English), INNA (Romanian: Romanian/English), Nancy Ajram (Lebanese: Arabic [Egyptian]), Manal (Moroccan: Arabic [Moroccan]/French) - to name a few! Music is definitely one of the best ways to learn and practice a new foreign language! If you are attracted to the song then you will want to understand it, and after repetition of singing it you will find your vocabulary expanding faster than you had expected!
I am also able to assist in editing/review papers (high school and college), and also English grammar and literature. While there are many languages I do not speak fluently, I am very knowledgeable in various languages and their respected grammar and syntax!
