I obtained my Bachelor of Arts in Arabic and Middle Eastern cultures in May of 2017. Afterward, I completed a dual Masters of Arts in Arabic linguistics and criminal justice studies (criminology emphasis) with the goal to work as a language analyst for the United States government; however, since my graduation, I have been teaching Arabic at the college level, and I am loving it!
I very much enjoy studying how and why people's minds may work in regards to social deviance, which is why I chose to study criminal justice, emphasizing on criminology. My studies concentrated on advanced criminological theories, geographical crime profiling, and behaviors of violent crimes. If you are a fan of shows such as CSI and/or Criminal Minds then you know exactly why I find this field so fascinating!
I am here to help learners who are interested in the Arabic language and cultures as well as those who study or want to better understand the criminal justice systems. I am also available to help with essay writing (high school and college-level). My technique is to cater to each student's learning style and specific needs in order to successfully assist with understanding and retaining the information of the targeted subject.
