I am a high school math teacher with 13 years of experience. Courses that I have taught include Pre-Algebra, Algebra I/II, Geometry, and Pre-Calculus. Besides the instruction of mathematics, my strengths include helping students improve their confidence for learning math and teaching study skills to prepare for quiz or test assessments.

I am teaching in a concise and understandable way. By doing so, I was able to motivate students to succeed in course work and standardized testing, as well as develop keen study skills.

I am a proud graduate of the University of South Carolina-Columbia where I received an M.A. in Spanish and a Master's in Library Science.
