I am an undergraduate student at Purdue University studying special education. For all four years of high school, I worked with special needs students in an adaptive P.E. class. I have also been an unofficial tutor for many of my friends, fellow classmates, and siblings over the years. I can tutor a wide range of ages and subjects, but I am most passionate about reading, math, and ASL (American Sign Language). I have already taken multiple courses on how to teach elementary/middle school math and reading effectively, and have done very well. My teaching philosophy is to view students as individuals with their own goals and styles of learning.
