I am a Certified Teacher in grades K-6. I have my Master's in Elementary Education from Sacred Heart University. After graduating with my Master's, I was hired as an Academic Support Teacher at an elementary school.

I am currently a student at Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. I have successfully completed my first professional year and will return this fall to complete the second year of the program. In May of 2015 I graduated from Sacred Heart University with a bachelors degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. During my four years at Sacred Heart University I also had the great honor of being a D1 athlete on the Track and Field Team.

I am well equipped to help you achieve your educational goals. I completed my student teaching in Grade 2, and am experienced in elementary reading and word study. I currently work as a Special Education Tutor with both elementary students and High School Students. Due to my background working as a news reporter, I specialize in tutoring High school Writing and High school English. I am an 8th grade Language Arts teacher with a passion for reading and writing. I love the way reading a novel can pick you up and bring you anywhere. Someplace magical, someplace mysterious.
