Welcome! I've taught in public and international schools across Washington, DC, and Madrid, working with learners of all ages and abilitiesincluding students with IEPs and 504 documents. My approach is calm, clear, and student-centered: I meet each learner exactly where they are, build on their strengths, and create a supportive environment where they feel safe to take risks and celebrate progress. Whether your child needs targeted intervention, enrichment, or simply a steady guide to help them stay organized and motivated, I bring patience, expertise, and a genuine love of learning to every session. I believe that great tutoring blends structure with warmth, and I'm committed to making each lesson engaging, accessible, and tailored to your child's unique needs. Outside of work, I’m happiest with a good book in hand, exploring new ideas and stories. When I’m not reading, you’ll usually find me out with my dog. She keeps me grounded, active, and laughing. I also love traveling to new places, whether it’s a quick weekend getaway or a longer adventure.
