About Me

I am currently an Emergency Medicine Resident practicing out of Brooklyn, NY. Prior to this, I completed my undergraduate studies at California State University San Marcos, where I obtained a bachelor's degree in Biology with a concentration in Molecular and Cellular Biology. Additionally, I hold an Associates of Social and Behavioral Sciences degree from Mira Costa College. Throughout my academic journey, I have had the opportunity to work with numerous students in various capacities. I started my tutoring journey in middle school and have continued to assist students throughout my college years. Engaging with different personalities and learning styles in group settings has significantly contributed to my growth as a tutor, enabling me to effectively cater to diverse needs. While my academic background has instilled a deep passion for Math and Science, I also possess a keen interest in English and Literature. I believe that a well-rounded education encompasses multiple disciplines, enhancing our ability to understand the world holistically. In addition to my academic pursuits, I have gained valuable experience as a medical student and medical scribe, allowing me to closely observe patient care in a clinical setting. This exposure has reinforced my commitment to pursuing a career in medicine and providing compassionate care to individuals in need. Furthermore, I actively engage in volunteer work within my local community, aiming to make a positive impact beyond the classroom.
