I'm a masters student studying Linguistics at the University of Texas in Arlington. My research areas are primarily in Syntax and Psycholinguistics, investigating language at a very fundamental level. My undergraduate degree was in the same field, and was received from the same institution. In my time as a Linguistics undergrad, I worked with students as an Arabic tutor, helping them to better grasp grammatical concepts at the college level. Fundamentally, I believe that students are smart enough to grasp any concept, no matter how difficult. Oftentimes, teachers are unable or unwilling to craft explanations that best fit the mental framework of a student. Enter Tutors, highly individualized instructors able to fit the needs of each individual student, and allow them to excel to the best of their ability.
