About Me

I received my Associates degree in Business Management. I received my Bachelor's degree in Child and Family Development and my Post-Baccalaureate degree in Speech-Language Pathology. I love learning and making learning fun! I have tutored at two different Public Schools and have worked with students and the Student Success Clinic Facilitator at Akron Children's Hospital. It has been an amazing privilege to develop relationships with students and parents as they strive and successfully reach their academic goals. My approach to tutoring is firstly acting as their biggest cheerleader featuring the students strengths and working towards growth in each subject. I have been recognized for my encouragement, enthusiasm, dedication and attention to detail. I strive to individually develop successful learning plans to accomplish goals as rapidly as possible. I am an advocate for Reading, a building block for life and am driven to creatively journey with students to achieve all of their academic goals. I believe through education and skill development students will be successful, motivated individuals. When I'm not exercising my passion of championing for students, I love to read, run and bake.
