About Me

I believe learning is a life long journey. Every day is a chance to discover something new. I was fortunate enough to grow up with many teachers in my family, and I developed a passion for expanding my knowledge in early childhood. It is wonderful to be able to share this path of education as a tutor and offer support to students. I have a Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology which I used to teach lower elementary classes upon college graduation. I also had the chance to be a substitute teacher for elementary and high school students. Recently, I have had the opportunity to travel through Europe while teaching ESL online to students of all ages. It was very interesting to hear how many ways that the English language is approached in other countries. I enjoyed helping my students with pronunciation and vocabulary words. It was terrific to watch their progress and grasp of another language.
