I am passionate about helping students because I struggled academically in High School a lot. When I started my undergraduate career, I ended up excelling and learning great study habits yet dealt with a lot of anxiety about my abilities. I like to help students because they might believe they are incapable but I want to help them realize otherwise. My teaching philosophy is that there is NO failing. Successful people are people who fail many times. A "failure" is something a person can learn from and tweak in their attempts next time! I love tutoring Biochemistry because I enjoyed this class throughout my undergraduate career.

In my spare time, I love spending time in nature, doing yoga, reading books about spirituality, science, psychology, and philosophy. I love to connect with loved ones and meet new people.
