About Me

Writing is a passion of unexplainable intensity to me. Every day I think about the ways I can be a better writer, which often makes me a better thinker, and that's what I desire for everyone I tutor to also feel. That's the philosophy I've approached tutoring with in the past, both officially and unofficially, academically or otherwise. I not only want more people to feel excitement when it comes to writing, but I also want them to feel a sense of confidence. It is such a fun, and explorative, outlet for me and I find it hard not to want to share that experience with others, even if it is not also their passion. I hope that I can open doors in the minds of my students that help them consider writing in ways they never have before, rather than as an academic chore or boring mode of conveying information. No matter where my path in life takes me, that's always my first and foremost driving vision as a writing, and overall English, enthusiast. I hope to use my current BA in English, and eventual MFA in Creative Writing, to continue aiming towards this ever-evolving goal.
