I enjoy helping learners become scholars and scholars become academics. My love for tutoring, teaching and learning comes from my experiences as a first generation college scholar and 15 years of experiences working with central-city and at-risk youth. From learners in primary grades to Adult-English Language Learners to first generation college scholars, my goal is to promote growth and empower my learners and scholars to achieve their academic goals. In my spare time, I enjoy reading historical fiction and informational material, blogs, editorials, articles etc. etc. etc. that enriches my life and expands my knowledge. I also enjoy attending Bodypump, Zumba and other group fitness classes, watching and attending collegiate and high school athletic events, playing lacrosse, pick-up basketball, coaching football and learning. I look forward to growing and learning with you!
