I am a lifelong learner who's fascinated with the intersection of social psychology and business: how teams work best and what best motivates entrepreneurs. Currently, I am an MBA Candidate at Willamette University. I am an aspiring Organizational Psychologist whose goals are to continue to consult start-ups and SMB's accomplish their missions and eventually earn a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from a top-tier Business School.
