About Me

I am a full time practicing chiropractor with my doctorate in chiropractic, master's in human strength and performance I have received my bachelors in physical anthropology and Biology and Anatomy. I have been tutoring officially for about 4 years. I currently tutor in subjects pertaining to anatomy and physiology, biology, NASM test prep, and exercise science related subjects. I believe in a positive based tutoring system that deals with active recall and spaced repetition to truly help the student remember and retain information rather than just memorizing it for a short amount of time. Helping guide students through questions and problems so they can learn how to approach and break down the questions is something I focus on with a-lot of my students as well as finding fun tricks to remember terms. Learning should be fun most of the time. I have worked as a personal trainer, yoga teacher, and physical therapy tech, and absolutely love helping others become better versions of themselves, which is why I enjoy tutoring so much!
