About Me

I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2018 with dual degrees in English and Chemistry. While I tutor a breadth of humanities subjects, I focus primarily on English literature, writing/essay composition, and the reading and language sections of the SAT. Tutoring essay composition is a special pleasure of mine. While grammar conventions and structural considerations are important elements of writing, I strive to help students find their unique written voice. If you're looking for a tutor who makes a point of being patient and understanding students with extenuating circumstances, we might be a good fit! In my free time, I love to cook and tinker with audio synthesis software. I'm currently preparing my applications for graduate programs in comparative literature for the 2021-2022 academic year.
