I have Bachelor's and Master's degrees in chemistry. I have 1 year of experience peer tutoring other undergraduate students in chemistry, calculus, and biology while at Penn State, and I have 3 years of experience teaching ochem labs as a graduate student while at Virginia tech. Teaching included pre-lab lecture, supervision of students working in lab, grading student's assignments, and helping students understand course material outside of class. My time working with students has helped me understand how different individuals attempt to learn complex material differently and try to find new ways to help them understand chemistry and other complex topics.
