About Me

Hello! I'm Emmett, an undergrad student originally from CA. I moved to the East Coast for college, and am now in my last year at Tufts majoring in English and American Studies. Standardized testing has always been something I have excelled at both personally and in helping others reach their full potential. I scored above the 95% percentile for both my SAT and my SAT subject tests. I am a patient, encouraging, and hands-on tutor who can use both my personal experience and external teaching materials to make sure you get the best score you can. Additionally, I've been a writing tutor for two years at my college. I am trained and have experiencing editing academic papers, cover letters, shorter assignments, and creative writing. I am myself a writer, and you can count on my for support in all parts of the writing process, from brainstorming to outlining to those last grammatical touches. In my free time I play music, make prints, and cook with my friends. I'm excited to meet you!
