About Me

Hi! My name is Charlie Stanton. For the last two years, I taught kindergarten and first grade on the South Side of Chicago. I served as a Teach for America Corps Member. I earned a master's of teaching at Dominican University in Illinois and graduated with a B.A in Geography and Urban Studies from Macalester College. I currently am taking a break as a classroom teacher and am working on a political campaign in Minneapolis. In my free time, I love watching and playing sports, playing the saxophone, reading, and writing.
