About Me

I am a high school English teacher. I have taught World Literature, American Literature, IB 9th Composition, IB American Literature, and IB 11th World Literature, so I am experienced in working with students of various skill levels. My personal philosophy is that when we can make connections between content, the real world, and our personal interests, we are more apt to grasp information. That said, I hope to understand what speaks to you as an individual and then incorporate that knowledge into our tutoring sessions for maximum success. I look forward to working with you.
