I am currently an undergraduate student at Oregon Institute of Technology in the Biology Health Sciences program. In high school, my favorite subjects were English and history, but I became interested in the sciences at the beginning of my collegiate career. With that being said, I have a variety of interests that help to make me well rounded tutor. I am very patient and willing to adapt to the needs of each individual student that I work with. My goal is to connect with each student I work with and make a comfortable learning environment in which the student can achieve his or her goals.

I believe that the best way to motivate a student is find ways to make the learning material applicable to the student's interests and everyday life. Learning becomes much more interesting when the material relates to what the student knows and enjoys.
