I have experience teaching students from many different cultural backgrounds, including international students and students who possess a wide range of backgrounds. I have always been passionate about science and the pursuit of knowledge, and I bring that energy into the classroom, encouraging my students to be interactive and ask questions. I often see my former students in professional positions and it gives me great satisfaction to see how they have matured, and some have told me that they wouldn’t be where they are today without my tutoring. My students have begun careers at Rush University Medical Center and Northwestern Memorial Hospital in nursing, radiology, and as medical technicians. I have seen my non-major students become music teachers, work in optometry shops, and become involved in a wide variety of other fields.
