I also earned a Master of Science in Education from Johns Hopkins University. I currently teach 9th grade English I and English I Honors. I love teaching, and more than my love for teaching, I love helping students to realize and reach their potential. My hobbies include reading and digital editing. Each tutoring session will be an opportunity for students to ask questions, make mistakes, and overcome deficiencies. Students will leave each session with a strategy (or more) that will help them to succeed in their area (s) of focus. Having worked with students who fall below their grade level proficiency, I exercise patience and practical teaching strategies to meet students where they are.
