My teaching philosophy is student oriented. First, I assess the needs of the student, and then I create a plan to proactively instill a passion for learning. Learning should be enjoyable! How would you help a student stay motivated? I would tailor lessons to the interests of the student, so that the subject matter is relatable and approachable. If a student has difficulty learning a skill or concept, what would you do?
