I am student at Mississippi State University. I see my youth as an advantage as it allows me to connect more easily to students. My strongest subjects are history, Latin, and English, but I am proficient in many others.

I am currently a PhD student, studying biology.

I am conversationally fluent in other languages such as: Spanish, Italian, Norwegian, and Mandarin Chinese. In addition to my foreign language study, I am certified to teach English to non-native English speakers (TESOL). Furthermore, I have a wide knowledge of various fields in linguistics such as: Phonetics/Phonology, Syntax, Sociolinguistics, Second Language Acquisition, and Romance Phonetics.

I am a graduate of Utah Valley University. I received my Bachelor of Science is Statistics with a minor in Mathematics. I worked in the math lab tutoring throughout my college career along with working in a variety of STEM summer camps for kids of all ages. I have passes Actuary exams in Financial Mathematics and Probability. I believe education is of utmost importance and learning should be fun! I have a passion for math and helping others love it as much as I do.
