I'm Veena and I recently graduated from the University of Miami with a B.S. in Microbiology and Immunology with Chemistry and English Literature as my minors. I've tutored at a Math and Reading learning center in high school and became an employee of the Academic Resource Center at UM where I tutored my peers in STEM subjects. I am working toward my B.S. in Education at the University of Miami, which I will complete this coming May. I received my Bachelor of Science in Social Science with a focus in Public Administration and Sociology. After graduation, I took a gap year before graduate school to serve in AmeriCorps.
