As a third-year Computer Science and Business Economics double major at UCLA, I am passionate about fostering a deep understanding of mathematics and programming in my students. With over 2 years of tutoring experience, I specialize in subjects such as Algebra, AP Calculus BC, and Python. My teaching philosophy emphasizes personalized learning; I adapt my methods to fit the unique learning styles of each student, encouraging them to articulate their thought processes as we work through problems together. I believe that once a student understands the problem, they are halfway to solving it. My own academic journey has been enriched by competitions like Math Kangaroo, and I enjoy sharing that enthusiasm with my students. In my spare time, I love coding personal projects and exploring new technologies, which I bring into my tutoring sessions to make learning engaging and relevant.
