Passionate about making complex concepts understandable, I love helping students truly grasp material rather than just memorizing it for exams. With a background in neuroscience from the University of Florida and currently pursuing my master's in physician assistant studies, I have a strong foundation in the sciences and mathematics. I specialize in tutoring biology, chemistry, high school and college math, psychology, general academics, and college preparation.
My teaching philosophy focuses on clarity and comprehensionI know firsthand how frustrating it can be when concepts aren't explained well. That's why I tailor my approach to each student's learning style, breaking down topics into digestible pieces. My favorite subject to teach is math because I enjoy guiding students through problem-solving and helping them build confidence in their skills.
Beyond academics, I enjoy reading, painting, and playing video games. I strive to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions and develop a deeper understanding of the material.
