I am passionate about helping students grow not just academically, but as confident individuals equipped with skills they can carry into their personal and professional lives. With a strong background in communications, business development, and project management, I have had the opportunity to work with a wide range of people, from young learners to professionals, helping them refine their communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
While my experience is broad, I find the most fulfillment in working with students who need help improving their writing, research, and presentation skills. These areas align with my expertise, and I am always excited to see students gain confidence in articulating their ideas clearly and persuasively. My tutoring style is student-centered, focusing on their specific needs and learning styles. I aim to make every session interactive, engaging, and tailored to each student's unique challenges and strengths. By breaking down complex concepts into manageable steps, I ensure that learning feels approachable and enjoyable, not overwhelming.
I hold a B.S. in Advertising Communications from St. John's University, and my work in communications, business development, and content strategy has given me a wide-ranging skill set that I now bring to tutoring. Whether it's helping a student craft a compelling essay, building an impactful presentation, or developing organizational strategies to manage school projects, I'm here to provide guidance every step of the way.
Outside of tutoring, I enjoy staying active in my community through volunteer work and consulting with nonprofits, particularly those focused on sustainability and social justice. I'm also passionate about creating content that educates and empowers people, whether through writing, events, or workshops.

Outside of tutoring, I am passionate about exploring creativity and sustainability. I spent 10 years as a dancer, and the discipline and artistry I developed continue to inspire my approach to learning and teaching. Music is another big part of my life—it’s a constant source of motivation and a way for me to unwind. In my free time, I love diving into research and learning new things, which fuels my curiosity and broadens my understanding of the world. I’m also an avid cook, and I take great pleasure in experimenting with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Shopping at farmers' markets is one of my favorite activities, as it connects me with my community and allows me to support sustainable, environmentally friendly practices. Living sustainably and reducing my environmental impact are values I hold dear, and they influence everything I do, from the food I eat to the way I approach life.
