As a passionate educator with a background in both classroom teaching and private tutoring, I am dedicated to helping students reach their fullest potential. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction. With over seven years of teaching experience in grades K-8, I've had the privilege of working with a wide range of learners, developing personalized strategies to support their growth.
My love for teaching stems from the joy of watching students make breakthroughs, whether it's mastering foundational skills or building confidence in their abilities. I specialize in tutoring subjects such as reading, writing, math, and phonics, and I have a special passion for teaching early literacy. Seeing students light up when they finally grasp reading concepts is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.
My teaching style is all about creating a comfortable space where students feel safe to ask questions and be themselves. I believe every child learns differently, so I adapt my approach to fit their needswhether they need a little extra support or are looking for more challenging material to push them further. I aim to make each session engaging, interactive, and full of encouragement.
