I have been a paraprofessional teaching assistant in elementary middle school and high School special education settings, a university level tutor at the undergraduate and graduate level and teaching assistant in the university ESL program. After graduation, I became a GED/HISET and ELL language and civics instructor for the largest program in the Midwest outside of Chicago. I a firm proponent of education, believing it to be absolutely necessary for an improved quality of life, and I try to impart this appreciation to all of my students. In my spare time, I enjoy reading that which enriches my life, running, and NFL football. I have also served in the healthcare community in residential settings, medical assisting and in home care.
