I believe tutoring is the single greatest tool that will fix the holes currently being perpetuated by our flawed education system in the United States. I plan to dedicate a portion of my career to education and making sure that these holes are being filled.
I've done over 500 hours of tutoring (both online and in-person), and in the past, I've tutored students in SAT Math, Korean, PSAT Math, Elementary and Middle School Math, and Algebra.
I graduated from Georgia Tech, with an undergraduate degree in Global Economics and Modern Languages with a concentration in Korean. I'm currently pursuing a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. I'm also working as a graduate assistant in the Marketing and Entrepreneurship department at UTC as well. I worked as a teaching assistant for Elementary Korean with the Korean Program in the School of Modern Languages at Georgia Tech during my undergraduate years.
I've worked for 2 semesters as a teaching assistant at Georgia Tech for a Business/Management course based around Excel (Quantitative Analysis for Business), which involved helping and interacting with students during class, as well as holding tutoring sessions 2 - 3 times a week, and as a peer tutor with the Scheller College of Business.
Additionally, I received CRLA ITTPC - Level I Tutor Certification training.
