Certified Tutor

I am a graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from University of Phoenix and a Masters degree in Special Education Moderate to Mild Disabilities from Northwest Missouri State University. During the time of obtaining my degrees, I held positions of substitute teacher, paraprofessional in general education classes and special education including high intensity classrooms, a combined classroom teacher of 3rd and 4th grade, and an elementary special education teacher. While working as a paraprofessional and a teacher I tutored various grade levels in a broad range of subjects in elementary education, mainly focusing on reading, writing, and mathematics. I am a firm believer that all students can learn and should continue their learning to obtain their best quality of life, while also making it fun and interesting to the student and their needs. In my spare time I enjoy reading, crafting in various mediums, being outside, and spending quality time with my family.
