I received my BS from Kansas State University in Clinical Psychology with a minor in Conflict Analysis and Trauma Studies. For the past year, I have been at the University of Minnesota, working on a MA in Family Social Science. This fall, I will begin my PhD in Clinical Psychology at Arizona State University. While working during my gap year, I was a professional tutor for Eye Level Learning Center, where I taught Math and English to Pre-K-6th grade students. After beginning my MA degree, I began working as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Minnesota working with undergraduate students of various ages. I am a firm advocate for education and higher education and I strongly believe in helping/mentoring students to achieve their academic and professional goals. I have a strong background in statistics and statistical software (particularly R Studio, R Markdown, and SPSS), and a passion for increasing statistical literacy.
