Certified Tutor

Currently, I recent graduate from The Ohio State University with a physics and astronomy degree. While in college, I have actively been a part of Scientific Thinkers, an organization dedicated to empowering and guiding elementary school students into the STEM fields. As a recent graduate, I have completed all my required mathematics and physics courses and am very comfortable in a wide range of mathematical subjects as well as the physical sciences. Throughout my academic journey, tutors provided insight and assistance beyond the classroom when I was struggling the most. Incorporating my experiences of being tutored, I believe the success of a tutor is built around patience and understanding. Everyone learns and expresses their understanding of a subject differently and therefore, as a tutor, tutoring should accommodate each student's way of learning. Successful learning is fueled by patience and understanding and that is what everyone one of my students will receive from me.
