Certified Tutor

I graduated from THE Ohio State University in 2023 with a degree in theoretical physics and currently, I am attending the University of Arizona for my master's in optics. Calculus is my favorite and primary subject to tutor. I have been tutoring students in calculus I and II for the past 3 years and have successfully boosted grades, achieved AP credit, and made a complex subject simpler to understand for all students. I and am very comfortable tutoring a wide range of mathematical subjects as well as the physical sciences. Throughout my academic journey, tutors provided insight and assistance beyond the classroom when I was struggling the most. Incorporating my experiences of being tutored, I believe the success of a tutor is built around patience and understanding. Everyone learns and expresses their understanding of a subject differently and therefore, as a tutor, tutoring should accommodate each student's way of learning. Successful learning is fueled by patience and understanding and that is what everyone one of my students will receive from me.
