I try to help students "find their words" through various approaches to writing: examples include having the student write a letter to a character in a story, or an historical figure; or create an imaginary diary; or express a written opinion about who was "right or wrong" in a given instance. I also guide students in proper academic writing conventions. I'm very good at helping students understand literature and historical questions and write about them effectively -- and enjoy it! I use story-telling, conversation and simulations, as well as visual aids (photos and videos ) to bring historical situations to life for the student.
I'm very good at helping students improve their English -- grammar, vocabulary, accent, idioms, and more.
