I am a Dominican Peruvian American bilingual professional, University of Rhode Island Alumna. I have a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Human Development and Family Studies with a focus on community settings, as well as a minor in Psychology. Throughout my community work in the nonprofit sector, I have learned to think outside of the box and get creative when it comes to problem solving and assisting folks reach their personal goals.
As a tutor I am passionate and patient while cultivating a supportive learning environment for every student. I believe that everyone should be met where they're at, both in knowledge and experience. I assist learners reach their academic goals tailored to each individual's needs.
