I am a Senior at Oklahoma State University, majoring in German, with minors in Russian and Eastern European Studies and Central Asian Studies. Before beginning university, I was an exchange student to Berlin, Germany, with the Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange Program, during which time I lived with a German host family and attended another year of high school in a Berlin Gymnasium. My German studies began in the seventh grade and have followed me through all of my academic and personal endeavors. I enjoy writing, in English and German, and enjoy history and geography, especially when these intertwine with German and Eastern European studies.
