I am a graduate of UNLV, where I studied accounting and French. I have always loved mathematics and learning new languages and cultures. After leaving the business world, I have spent the past 5 years teaching foreign languages to elementary school children.
I love learning and teaching and I hope I can pass that love along to my students. I believe children learn best when all their senses are involved. Being a visual learner myself, I love to use visual aids and activities that will not only help a child remember, but also make the process enjoyable.
My favorite subjects are math and French of course, but I enjoy all others. Outside of tutoring I enjoy photography and the arts. I also love playing tennis and watching sports. I spend a lot of time with my family and friends. They are the most important in my life.
