I am a student at the University of Utah double majoring in Writing and Rhetoric and Psychology. In the past, I frequently tutored my peers who needed help with their homework assignments, especially in math and science. I have been trained as a writing tutor through the University of Utah and I am able to help tutor all types of writing, though my specialties are psychology research papers, argumentative essays, humanities research papers, poetry, resumes, creative writing, and five paragraph essays.
As a tutor, my goal is to tutor for long term understanding. I will patiently explain concepts to students and walk them through difficult problems until they have the confidence to solve the problems independently.
