What is your teaching philosophy?

The best strategy is to get to know a student and their interests, and then base a lesson off of those. For example, if a student loves basketball, I will use a lot examples involving basketball and their favorite player or team. I also have found that making sure there are a variety of games and different activities keeps students engaged.
