Certified Tutor

I have many experiences that have prepared me to be an excellent teacher. I was a tutor throughout high school and college. In 2011 and 2012, I spent two months in the Dominican Republic teaching children at two elementary schools. In October of 2015, I taught English to a kindergarten class in Hermosillo, Mexico. Since my first experiences with teaching, I have had a passion for learning and a passion for teaching others. This fall I will be a teacher at Success Academy.

In May, I graduated The King’s College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics. My experience at The King’s College has motivated me to excel academically and develop my skills in critical thinking. Above all, my time at The King’s College has taught me how to write prolifically and understand ideas with both breadth and depth.

Outside of tutoring, I have a passion for traveling. Most recently, I visited the cities of Bogotá and Santa Marta in Colombia. I also love photography and writing.
